I left a business career to pursue my passion for health and fitness and feel I am doing exactly what I was supposed to be doing all along! At Steph Nygren Training, my intent is to provide a well-rounded fitness program that allows my clients of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their health goals through proper execution of exercises created especially for them.  My programs are designed to let you progress at your own pace with careful monitoring to advance you safely through each level of fitness.
